Before each player goes online, they should be forced into a time trial for that track. Then with that time that should help scale you into a time tier so you race against other drivers that have similar times. Would help vsing people who are ridiculous and its almost impossible to beat them.
As you play online your time for the track should be recorded and you can move up a time tier like bronze silver and gold and vs harder players the better you get at the track
