  1. Amazing tutorial. Thank you.

  2. 1. @1.17.20
byte is alias for uint8 ( not uint8 is alias for byte )

    Thanks for the Video

  3. So can I get a job after watching the course?

  4. 1:58:16 it would be nice to understand the 'slightly' difference of [1 5 3] and & [1 5 3]

  5. This has grown quite old for the present – Build does not work without go mod init. The go build is not straight forward anymore

  6. So far the best free tutorial available!

  7. Sometimes I swear I'm hearing Sheldon from BBT talking to me.

  8. I've been curious about learning golang, is this tutorial still relevant for late 2021?

  9. OSX 10.6.8 Snow Leopard supported? Java and Python are supported.

  10. you're watching a premium course made free on Youtube

  11. Spends 10 minutes on "wow, in GO, if statement can actually have an else block!" and next 10 minutes explaining each one of logical operators.

Then in 5 seconds tells that "an increment operator is a statement, not an expression" as if it should mean something for ppl who did not fell asleep during past sections 😀

P.S. great video, thanks a lot! very good and structured introduction (passed 3.5 hrs so far).

  12. you didn't teach how to take user input

  13. TOP GOLANG tutorial 🙂

  14. 7 hours of great learning.. Thank you Mike & freecodecamp
