  1. Not a garbage quality but in reality as I've live a thousand yrs I've found out that the real world follows a path or cycle new development new hacks ..there a beginning in every ending..

  2. I really needed this video. Been going through project after project and always felt the code was scrapped together and never good enough. thanks for the perspective

  3. True stuff. I started with Python and I wish I started with some HTML, CSS and Javascript, that way I would have started building projects sooner and that would have boosted my confidence a great deal.

  4. "All code is garbage" "As long as it works" I dont feel so bad now

  5. "The field moves fast and the only constant is change. What you will always need is the ability to learn fast"

    Man, that's very quotable.

  6. Best advices I have ever heard in my entire programming career. Thanks!

  7. Thank you for the video, really helpful!

  8. Thank you. I just need to learn enough to make something useful.

  9. Hi TechLead, I like the approach. In some companies (I will not point the finger) they think you have to be master of everything. Bosses are not very smart and then the productivity suffers. When you be in Prague, let me know , I will show you around ….

  10. To summarize, here are his four pieces of advice:
    1. Don't try to learn everything. (The industry changes quickly.)
    2. All code is garbage. (Don't let the perfect be the enemy of the good.)
    3. Focus on the project and not the technology.
    4. Don't be afraid to learn. (The mental barrier is often more difficult to handle than the software.)

  11. i wished i knew another programmer, sometimes you don't do things because you are not sure about what you know is good enough, also you can feel with not enough confidence to apply for jobs because you know what is required to

  12. Code for me is about art, the art how to making a beautiful code… Keep inspiring bro 👍🏻👍🏻

  13. It is known as water! 🤣

  14. I hold 13 years of sales experience and dealing into cloud technology from last 6 year's now.

Enough of sales (it's like knowing of all with no indepth knowledge)

Regret now why i didnt moved into development after completing my engineering.

Really want to jump into data science now.

  18. "the code was not properly written, the structure was probably very messy, but still we were able to launch" – interview question, why are you leaving your current position ?
