I did not pick the most valuable! Although, I Did have this very same Kermit doll and played with it until it was just threadbare 🙂

I LIKE the fleur-de-lis you are wearing.
I am guessing you do also.
Love fleur-de-lis.
So interesting to learn from your videos.

So knowledgeable, even if I already know some of the facts lori is speaking of. She is so well versed it's still entertaining listening to her describe each object so thoroughly, on top of that her attitude is hilarious 😂.

Dr Lori, I stumbled on your you tube channel this weekend and I am beyond impressed at your knowledge about vintage and antiques and I truly love your good nature and humor. I recently cleaned out my parents home and brought some pieces home with me that were in their home for many years. Pieces that were there that were in sight but not in mind. I’m so happy I brought them home. I’m going to add this on my to do list and send pictures to you on your website. I’m excited to see what you think about them and the history. You are amazing!! Thanks for sharing your knowledge. Wow! You definitely have a special gift.

Love the videos, it would be helpful to have shown the back of the cheap red pin and maybe what a quality one actually looked like etc.. side by side comparisons. I'm a visual person I guess.

My Daughter… after seeing the Muppets movie with Naughty Kermit, decided to give my 1970s Kermit a beauty mark with permanent marker😱🤣 so I guess when I give my kids their inheritance she gets Kermit, not the Roseville.😉

Great video Dr. Lori. I totally failed this week. I picked the Peanuts dolls. I was shocked by the belt, I had no idea. Makes me wonder about the Nephrite/Jade necklace that was my Mom's. Yeah, I know, I'll get it appraised soon, by you of course. Cannot do it now. Thank you so much for your videos. I've learned a lot from you. Happy New Year ♥♥♥

Hi Dr. Lori,
About a month ago you were talking about rarity and misprint items.
It got me to thinking about a Harley Davidson glass Christmas bulb I purchased for my husband about ten or so years ago. I have bought him one each Christmas since 1978. This particular one was made with the print upside down. I was mad at first when I got it home from the Harley dealership; but then thought it made for a great conversation piece.
My questions are:
1) how do I find out how many were made like this until they corrected the problem?
2) is there any value to this bulb?

Dr Lori is a very nice lady and very knowledgeable about antiques. I highly recommend her if you have need to get an appraisal.

Oh, by the way, how tall was that green crackle glass ewer? I have several but mine are about 6 inches
Rosemary
Thank you Dr.Lori! Happy New Year to you!!!!

Good info Dr Lori! I learn new things to look for in every video. My son loves Vaseline glass and we carry a small black light when thrift shopping to be sure.

Please tell us about the art behind you, it looks like a modern type of Georgie O"Keeffe, but also like the "butterflies" my elementary students make during our caterpillar/butterfly studies, where the students put paint on one side of the paper and fold it in half and spread, then open them to find symetrical butterflies.

Thanks for the great video 👍
My eye caught the green plate/dish on the table, does that get appraised in another video? Curious 😀

Mom always did either oatmeal or cream of wheat because we lived in Wyoming where warm breakfast cereals were a must!! Thank you so much for your videos. I am learning so much.

QUESTION!- what about clear uranium glass? What is it vaseline glass? And custard glass, a pink oil lamp. They all glow bright green
Nycole Kaprelian
Dr. Lori, do your appraisals include the best places to sell your item? For example if it’s a piece of art as compared to costume jewelry or pottery, all having different online sites?
Ron Mansker
Wow, Yes I did pick both of the most valuables. The belt was my first pick and Kermit the frog was my second.
Hanneke Theron
I love your fleur de lis pin on your dress the most♥Always wants one 🙂

Great video. Is there a difference in value between Vaseline glass and Uranium glass? Since Vaseline glass is a pale yellow and not green does that make a difference in value?
Cecily Erker
Dr. Lori, you are a real broad, and I mean that as a compliment 👍
