Honestly, $109 a month for macstadium that price is pretty steep. I would only need to use it incremental times throughout the month. Mainly 1 day a month max. 109 a month is way too much to have access to mac features.

Macstadium is prettyyyy slowww. Another huge downside is it does not come with xCode preinstalled! try installing an 11 GB application on a remote device where even moving the mouse takes like 5 seconds. Certainly not the best option unless you have a LOT of patience.

This is interesting, I had never stumbled upon this sort of solution (I’ve seen ads for renting actual Macs)… but the performance is really bad. It’s slower than remote controlling the iMac I had access at my last job!
